If we close, once signatures are on paper we will be in touch and your money will be wired directly to you. (Between $1,000 and $200,000+!)

Very much dependent on the property size, metrics, and market. We do focus a lot on comps, cash flow, and cost of renovation.
While we focus on properties it the Greater Chattanooga Area (TN), we buy elsewhere in Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina.
Our scouts typically prospect within their own networks- like family members, neighbors, and friends. If you do want to do outbound please make sure that you have first sent us the property addresses and we will let you know if we have previously connected with them to date. Please make it clear in your outbound that you are a Manuel Capital Scout, and not an employee.
Upfront Invested Capital is defined as cash paid to the seller at close.
